  • Worst service EVER. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my 1 extra large pizza with 4 toppings. Only one lady is left on her own to make and bake the pizzas. The manager in the pizza section was incredibly rude, and ignored us for most of the time. When we finally got our pizza, we found out they added extra toppings to make up for the long wait time (they didn't even consult us to ask if we wanted extra toppings-we could've been allergic to any of those toppings) AND our pizza wasn't fully cooked. The heavily topped pizza slid right off the pizza bread, leaving a bare pizza. We asked for a refund and they didn't know what they were doing when attempting to process a refund and so they directed us to go to the customer service desk for our refund. They made us hop all around the store. Bashas just shouldn't have a pizza section if they're not going to offer edible pizza! I'm sure this isn't the first complaint! I had the worst service here and I want Bashas to fix this issue, I won't ever be purchasing pizza from them again.
