Peoria Ford WAS my preferred dealer for service on my 2010 MustangAs a matter of fact, I was happy enough with them that I took my niece into them and she bought a a car off thier lot for what was a really good price. . In the past, I was very satisfied with thier service. However, sadly, that has changed.
I tried for over a month to schedule maintenance on my car and all I can say is that they don't seem to be interested in my business. First, I wanted to get an estimate on the cost of a cooling system flush and a air conditioning system service. I contacted Peoria Ford through their online chat at their website and told them what I was looking for. The next day I received an email from Sean in the fleet service department and a voicemail from Brad in the service department. I called Brad back later that day and left a message asking for him to call me back. After 2 days without a call back; I replied to Sean's email requesting him to call me so I could get the estimate. I never got a response from either Sean or Brad. After 2 weeks, I sent an email to Peoria Ford detailing what had occurred. The following day I got another voice mail from Brad. I returned Brads call and was told he was tied up with another customer. I left a message requesting he call me back but he never did. After waiting another 2 weeks; I assumed Peoria Ford just wasn't interested in my business now and in the future. Bottom line, I found someone else to take care of servicing my car.
