  • Today will be the LAST time I order from here. I ordered roses to be delivered to a school for someone's birthday. The school closes at 3:30, but the shops delivery is from 9 am to 4 pm. For some reason, the driver made my order LAST. Last! I called twice hoping that they would deliver it sooner...seeing as it was in the van at 9:30! At 15 mins to 4:00 pm, I just end up having the flowers delivered to my place of employment because they already missed the mark. The flowers were delivered to my work and I have to deliver them myself. Why pay so much when the flower petals were falling off when I received them? 80 bucks? The leaves were falling off! The point of ordering and having it delivered by them was to have that special, surprise moment for their birthday! They definitely ruined that. So, I paid 20 bucks for a delivery fee when I could have bought flowers at a shop and delivered them myself! I'm already delivering them myself anyway. It's a waste of money and time. I work at a hospital. Patients and coworkers asked me where I bought them from. I definitely told them not to order from TigerLily for your loved one. 108 dollars for a grand gesture that didn't even happen? Ripped off!!
