  • I had to deal with the service department for a warranty claim on a Garrison Dehumidifier and experienced the worst customer service from their "Service Manager". This guys doesn't have a clue of what customer service is and presented himself as incompetent saying he didn't know how to test a dehumidifier in the winter time since the humidity was not high enough. This after paying them the do the inspection. As another person posted once they get you money they don't care and have no intention of delivering service Go anywhere but here for service
