Located in the fancy schmancy Biltmore fashion park, True Food Kitchen offers healthy anti-inflammatory food. If it's your first time here, they can give you a little spiel about Dr. Weil!
We went for dinner twice and tried:
Herb Hummus
Wild Caught Albacore Tataki
Braised Bison Short Rib
Butternut Squash pizza with GF crust
Sustainable Petrale Sole
The tataki was soo good! I wish it came with more pieces. We were licking the sauce off of the plate. The herb hummus was meh, pretty standard and something I could have made at home. Of the entrees, we both liked the bison short ribs the best. They were so soft and meaty.
The space was a little too "cafeteria" like for me with all of the tables so close to each other, but other than that I really liked the offers they had and their service. Our servers both times were GF themselves, so it was so easy for my GF dining partner to get recommendations.
