  • Me and my kids went through the drive through this morning and were less than pleased. I tried to order a turkey cheddar & bacon ciabatta and the guy told me that they haven't had those for months. Then I tried to order an Oreo cookie flavored hot chocolate and was told they don't have that either. I told him that both the turkey cheddar & bacon ciabatta and the Oreo hot chocolate are on the website. He told me that they know both of those items are on the website but they don't offer them at this location. Then I ordered an iced chai tea, which I always have to order with easy ice because they way overfill their cups with ice and you end up hardly getting anything to drink. I should have looked at it when they woman handed it to me. When I got home I realized that the cup wasn't even close to being filled up. The liquid was at least an inch and a half from the top of the cup. And, we ordered 6 donuts, they put them in a bag piled on top of each other instead of in a 6 donut box. When we got home, we found out that some of the donuts were put in sideways and upside down. They don't really seem to care about their customers orders. Everything is just thrown together and half assed.
