  • First time going to a laundromat in Las Vegas. I really have to give this place 5 + stars for excellent customer service. When I walked into the laundromat I was greeted by Carlos. He asked if I needed any assistance, showed me where I could get change, and what washer size would be appropriate for the comforter that I was going to wash. Carlos is extremely friendly, personable, and positive. It really makes such a huge difference when staff are so genuine and helpful. When my comforter had completed drying he even offered to help me fold it since I came on my own and didn't have anyone to help me fold it and place it back into the comforter bag. Aside from the excellent customer service, the facility is clean and there are numerous washers and dryers to choose from. I am definitely coming here for all my future laundry needs.
