  • Took my out of town guest for a walk here at 7:00 AM and the park was hopping busy. It's a pretty nice walk early in the morning as it's motivating to see people of all walks of life exercising whether walking, running or biking follow the path around the fountain. When we were there, about 50 or more people were exercising at the park. The park is very well maintained. The path we followed was cement and was mainly grass on both sides of the path. Your shoes will stay clean here. The one thing I really liked about exercising here (we did 3 laps) is that the first time you encountered someone new on the path, every person, whether wearing headphones or not, said hello or nodded to you. It's a very friendly community. If you want a nice safe place to exercise in the morning so you can get outdoors before it's too hot, this is a good place to go. PS. Many people had their dogs and some owners with multiple dogs. All of them were leashed so we didn't have to deal with those kind of people who take their dogs off the leash in a public place.
