  • We had a great experience from the moment we first walked in the door. It all started with our designer James Arrowood. We came in with a preconceived notion of the size and shape of the pool we thought we wanted, but James soon came up with a much better design based on the allotted space in our backyard. James took our plot plan and plugged it into a CAD package to design the pool right before our eyes. We gave him our input and relied on his experience to come up with a great design. James also worked with us to come up with the best combination of options to meet our budget. Overall, the whole design experience went off without a hitch. Another very positive aspect of how Shasta was willing to work with us involved their willingness to hold the price we agreed upon while we were having a new house built. They allowed us to hold for about 6 months and also worked with our mortgage company to include the price of the pool in the mortgage. After closing on the new house, Shasta immediately jumped on the construction. That's where we were handed off to our construction contact, Caroline Hernandez - another top notch representative of the company. Caroline would call at least every other day (usually more often) with status reports and next steps during construction. There was never any doubt as to where we were at or what was happening. And if I did have a question, Caroline was very responsive and always got back to me in a very timely manner. Caroline was always so pleasant, it was a joy to receive her calls. Overall our experience has been very positive and we get nothing but compliments on our new pool. I would strongly recommend Shasta,
