  • I'll probably leave another review since it has only been maybe 5 months of being a resident. I love the lofts! Sometimes the gate and elevator malfunctions but it always gets fixed. Tree fell down in the front of my building last week; called it in 15 mins before office hours closed and it was gone by 6am. Tonight I called 10 mins before office hours closed about our A/C not working. 2 hours later the A/C guy is on our roof fixing the problem. Offered to put in a portable unit or put us in a hotel. The Lofts have always given us speedy results :)
