  • Incompetent! Called to make an appt. Girl on phone says we have an opening right now if u can be here in 10 min. Leave work, skip a meeting, rush down there just to be told Dr. is going to lunch & would be back at 2pm. Clincher: I was told over the phone they accept my insurance, only to be told when I got there that they have NEW Dr.'s that insurance will not cover. INCONSIDERATE!!!
