| - Wish I could give them zero stars !
Bought several sets of tires for multiple cars here previously and was happy with their service. This time, upon returning from the shop after buying a set of tires, we noticed damage to the inside of the front right fender. I returned to the shop immediately, and the manager Chris was non-committal and said he'd file a claim. Claims adjuster had me get an estimate from a body shop ($1500), then jerked me around for 3 weeks until telling me that the shop denied having caused the damage, and that I'm screwed.
Even the body shop guy told me that there is no way the damage could have been done with the wheel mounted, and that it looks to him like they slammed the tire into it, since there is not a single scratch or mark on the paint, as would be the case in a fender bender. Now I have a f'd up fender on a $65k car, and got stuck paying for it.
Avoid this place like the plague if you care at all about your car.
EDIT:
Contacted the two top rated paintless dent repair places in Las Vegas, and both confirmed what the body shop guy told me - the damage can't be repaired, and the whole fender needs to be replaced.
Update:
Repair was $1100. The Discount Tire Claims "Adjuster" (more like Denier) said "he'll see what he can do" despite denying responsibility. Only thing I heard since was the formal letter refusing to pay.
Just dropped $1200 for new tires for the 350Z at Tireworks.
