Made an appointment for my husband to get his head professionally shaved by a barber at this establishment. We got an email confirming the appointment for 11 am with Noe Hernandez. In the email it said for us to be there 5 minutes before his appointment time. So we arrived at container park around an hour before we were supposed to be at the barber. We got to Bolt right At 1055 am. There was no one to be found! We waited until 1130 am for someone to show up and no one ever did. We called the phone number sent to us by the company several times and each time the call was disconnected. If you are going to have an online appointment system, don't you think your employees should actually show up to do the job? I guess none of them will have to worry about it because if you keep treating your customers this way, you all will be out of a job. Nobody likes to be treated as if their time doesn't matter!
