The folks here are tremendously friendly and helpful. Their process for check in is simple and proactive. They get you signed in with electronic forms which mostly auto-populates your information that you complete prior to your appointment so you don't have to write a whole bunch of info you already shared.
They provide a video that answers a lot of the basic questions you may have about the procedure. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my general questions. They were extremely polite and friendly.
They offer you fresh coffee, tea or cold water while you wait. The system is very streamlined and you are never left unnoticed or unattended.
The only drawback was that the advertised promotional rate is not even close to what you will be paying if you have a prescription higher than -1.00 (which most people in need of corrective lenses have). The radio add I heard, my insurance company or the person I spoke with from their call center did not make that clear so I can in expecting to pay $500+tax and the procedure is closer to $3500. So that is a little discouraging but a great customer experience other than that!
