  • I really can't say enough about Dee Gainey's. My fender was hit while it was parked by a service vehicle, which left a sizable dent, scratch, and chipped paint. With this being my first body shop experience since moving to Charlotte, I was pretty apprehensive about taking my car in because I didn't know of any reputable shops. I saw one of Dee's trucks on my way to work Monday morning and decided to call. I was told to drop off my car at my earliest convenience during their business hours and they would work me into their schedule. I took my car in the next morning and Dee immediately assessed my car, told me exactly what he would do to repair it, assured me he would be able to repair everything except one scratch, and even matched the quote I received at another body shop - and he told me he would have it done by Friday. Dee even drove me into Uptown for work so I didn't have to hassle with calling a ride. I received a call Thursday afternoon that my car was ready, but I was unable to pick up the same day and Dee said he didn't mind storing it overnight without any extra fee. I arrived this morning to pick up my car and was amazed at the work Dee and his crew did! The fender is completely repaired and the paint job is incredible - completely seamless. They were able to remove the dent and buff out all the scratches - even the one he said he couldn't initially, and without an additional fee! They even cleaned my car and detailed the inside which was such a nice surprise. I highly recommend visiting Dee Gainey's if you need any body work done - they listen to what you need done and they deliver on their promise. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car!
