  • I've given up trying to see my doctor for 'urgent' or same-day medical care. I've had to use UMC a couple times over the past 1+ years and while wait times can be long during peak hours, it's still a more pleasant experience than paying a visit to Southwest Medical Associates. It isn't the cleanest office, but the front staff is usually friendly and doctor's seem knowledgeable. Although, like any urgent care, they'll try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
