| - On a recent trip to Ohio, I was in Cleveland for the Frozen Diamond Faceoff.
We decided to find a place to eat and grab some drinks before the game. We ended up at the House of Blues.
Upon entering, there was a small crowd; however, there were empty tables. We got taken through the main dining area into a small overflow type room on the side. When we went into the room, we were seated near a group of 30 people. They took up several tables and seemed to be having a good time.
It took a few minutes for the waitress to take our order. After that, this is where the trouble began.
After an hour of waiting for our food, we finally asked the manager what was going on. He said they were extremely busy and there was a back-up in the kitchen. I thought this might be related to the large crowd; however, they were finishing their food when we came in. He did end up buying us a round of drinks.
When our food did come out, my order came out wrong. I ordered sweet potato fries and ended up with regular fries. No big deal, they just brought me the correct fries.
My cousin and his brother-in-law ordered the same burger. The waitress told them the only way this burger was made was well done which was great for them. When their burgers came out and they cut into the burgers, blood started pouring out. My cousin dealt with his; however, his brother-in-laws was nearly raw inside. They clearly tried to rush the burgers on a hot grill and only managed to cook the outside.
We didn't have time to wait for a re-fire, so my cousin's brother-in-law just didn't get to eat. It took us nearly 2 hours to have lunch here and one person left without getting to eat anything.
We won't be going back!
