  • Wow - the best hotel experience I've ever had. We booked for my birthday; and they upgraded the room for us, had concierge waiting for our arrival, and made everything as magical as possible. Yes - magical. Amber checked us in and was so sweet and knowledgable. We rented a cabana for a day (DO IT!) for one of the best deals in Vegas, and Katie took care of us; always available, but never annoying or overwhelming. The views are breathtaking, the maid service is phenomenal, and the hotel is impeccable. I was super impressed by the rates, the convenience of the location, the design and furniture, and the outstanding service. Best kept secret in Vegas. You will not be disappointed. Plus, the smell they pipe in is amazing, definitely different than the stinky air fresheners you get at some of the other resorts. Steps away from the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Crystals Shops.
