  • A group of us stayed here before camping and canoeing the Colorado river. This is a very basic hotel with a small casino and friendly front desk staff. The rooms are surprisingly big for what you pay for and much cleaner than other hotels / motels I've stayed in with similar rates. Ours came with double queen beds and a sofa. No hairdryer or iron, but there is a soap dispenser in the shower. A security guard roams the parking lot every hour. Didn't get to try the 99 cent shrimp cocktail, but it is there for anyone interested.
