  • STAY AWAY from this place... the only reason they have ANY positive reviews is because the staff writes reviews! The front office are as fake and phony as they come.... Lipstick smiles and over the phone story tellers is all they are. They are just looking for that commission check... They completely lied and fooled us. Coming from across the country we asked there opinion and trusted them. They told us you have one of my favorite apartments. You have pool view. Blah blah blah... all BS! Our balcony was covered by trees. You couldn't see anything. Even if the trees weren't there, a ugly big cement box with an open top that contains an ancient screaming pool filter sounded all day & night. If that wasn't loud enough. There old I mean really old air conditioners outside of everybody's balconies sound like a jet engine... So anyway, we moved in... we had a 2 bedroom with lot of furniture in a 6x12 trailer. We were told we could only keep the trailer for 3 days in OUR driveway. There was 2 problems with that. 1. I had to work the following day and my wife and I have a 2 year old which makes that a little hard. My wife being pregnant couldn't possibly move everything in solo especially the bigger furniture. (we have never had this problem any other place we rented) 2. We had to sell the trailer since we had purchased it for the move. So, the 4th day they are calling me telling me I thought I told you had to have it removed. I explained the situation. Not one care in the world. We ended up having to park it at a lot and pay 280 for the month until we sold it. Moving on. The appliances are cheap loud and extremely old. Don't plan on watching TV while running the dishwasher. I'm not joking. My grandmother has the same appliances. They are in need of serious updating. So we went food shopping the second night we moved in and on the third day we noticed our freezer wasn't freezing... with all the noise it was humming I was surprised. So I called maintenance and they were right there. Well they attempted to fix it 4x and unsuccessful each time... I kindly tipped them thinking each time they left it was now fixed! Finally they brought another used (same fridge) from another apartment. My frozen food was spoiled and had to be thrown out. I'm telling you. It's a nightmare. I wanted to repack my stuff and leave. Cabinets don't have handles or nobs and are very worn and old looking. Very hard to open them. Embarrassing to have guests over. The kitchen floor and bathrooms are vinyl roll-out siliconed on the edges. Serious white trash style. Going through the apartment we noticed the toilet wasn't mounted in one of the bathrooms. If you sat on it it would rock 3" on either side. I told the maintenance guy and he looked at it. He says looks like your toilet caved in. Wish we knew that before they put the vinyl down. He straight up asks... Can you live with it? I'm a nice guy, sometimes too nice. So I replied, yeah, no biggie. Well, I wish I didn't. Not to get into details but, the toilet was certainly back-pitched because it wouldn't flush. I regret not being mean and saying, yeah I do mind! I must admit, I'm honestly glad I wasn't right on top of the pool because they let some real trash into that place. The 24hr pool thing I thing is horrible because the obnoxious kids that apparently are never supervised by their parents are up until 2am screaming and yelling, especially in the pool. The pool water is freezing at all times of the year. They told me it was heated when they were trying to sell me an apartment. More BS! I think the pool has a leak because they are constantly refilling it with a garden house. The apartment layout is terrible if you live on the second floor. You have a long stairwell that goes from the garage to the upper level. Very poor design living in the hot desert. All the cold air sucks down to the bottom of the stairwell. That old AC cranks and cranks and you are stuck with a high NVenergy bill. They also lied about the computer lab. They do have one. However, again, old and outdated computers with NO printers. If you want to print something out you have to email it to the office staff and they make you feel guilty asking them for a favor. The computers are in the leasing office which nobody wants to go into the office because you will quickly after moving in resent them for the way they treat you which is basically like a nobody. Cockroaches and earwigs are pouring out of the drains in the apartment. We would have to keep our pop-up closed when we weren't using the sink. We called three times for a exterminator but that didn't help. I had a hard time sleeping at night. The only thing nice about this experience is when you actually leave the property and are in the beautiful seven hills neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and don't rent hear. Everyday I say somebody moving out. There is a reason for that
