  • Love the place, the coffee, the ambience, the lake view and the employees in general. However there is one employee that is an absolute annoyance to deal with. The bald guy with the ponytail is the rudest retail employee I have ever had the displeasure of being spoken to by. He always chastises customers who happen to be waiting for their friends. If you sit there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to arrive and have not bought a drink yet, he will physically come and tell you that you need to purchase a drink or leave. Also don't even think about bringing a cup from another eating establishment, this guy will practically scream at you to leave if he sees it. I can understand in both situations that if someone is in the shop for hours without buying anything, or is continuously bringing in outside coffee and just sitting in the shop for free that you may speak to them, but even then there is a calm and polite way to speak to people at a business, and this guy clearly does not understand how to interact with humans beings in the right way. Whoever owns this place needs to either get him in line and communicating with paying customers correctly, or get him out of the business before he causes the whole place to fail.
