Too bad you can't leave lower than 1 start - this company deserves a ZERO!
I use Cox for my internet. The only reason I use them is there's no fiber or cable company servicing my neighborhood, and I refuse to go the DSL route.
The internet service is spotty at best. Regularly my DirecTv becomes disconnected, computers/tablets/phones lose signal, and I'm left restarting my router DAILY!
God forbid you have to call in to customer service. It's like they don't train their agents on how to handle customer concerns. Rude, disinterested people answer. If you're transferred you have to re-verify. They've never noted my account, have no past record of my concerns, and so I'm left repeating myself to a new moron with each call.
The day fiber is offered by a competitor in my neighborhood I'm gone. Do yourself a favor - don't call Cox!
