My husband and I called our insurance company (State Farm) to request a tow of our vehicle to the mechanic and was quoted an ETA of 10:38 p.m which was only about an hour after our call. About 10:30 my husband got a text that the driver would be there in 20 mins, never showed up. At 11:30 my husband called our insurance company to let them know what was going on and I called the tow company and was told "your driver will call you" Nobody EVER called. The insurance company told my husband they would be there in 15 mins. Meanwhile, I am sitting in the car waiting. Finally, at 12:15 AM (you thought they showed up huh?) NOPE! We call to cancel the tow- my husband calls State Farm and I call the tow place only for them to not answer my call and send me to voicemail 3 different times but when my sister calls from her number they answer? This is just plain wrong, if you don't have the man power to keep up with the demand then you should probably lighten your load. Promising people someone will be there in X amount of time and them not with ZERO communication is just bad business practice. We have to deal with this again Tomorrow to have our car towed & if State Farm refers this company again that will be a definite NO!
