  • I returned to New Serenity Spa when my mother was in town so I could treat her to a spa day. I forgot how AMAZING this place is. I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. It smelled fresh and spa-like. It's a little different from the last time I went in. This time, the waiting area had a nice little coffee and tea stand with snacks to munch on before your treatments! Such a nice touch. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed and we had a nice little chat with them! They really seem to have their customer service down. It's nice to go to a place where you feel genuinely cared for. After settling in for a bit, our service providers come out to grab us right on time! I was getting a massage while my mother was getting a facial. I had Karen and let me tell you, she is FANTASTIC! It was truly one of the best massages I have ever had. My mother had Sabrina for her facial, she was going on and on about how relaxed she was afterwards. Overall, a quality experience. I wish I hadn't waited so long to come back. I actually signed up for their membership to come back every month! Can't wait until next time!
