  • E-Z and Advantage Rent a Car have a combined counter at the Phoenix Airport. We waited in a 45 minute line. We couldn't help but notice that none of the other agencies were taking as long with each customer and were fully staffed or had kiosks with an employee present to help their customers. EZ/Advantage had only 2 people most of the time who seemed to be spending too much time at their terminal. Another family member tried to rent a car from Advantage a day later and had the same experience. He gave up after noticing 50 people in line and rented from a different company. I do have to complement the counter agents for their friendly and competent demeanor, but I will not be renting from EZ or Advantage again due to their lousy system. The 80s are over. It is time to upgrade your system.
