  • If I could I would give them a negative 10, they never picked us up at the hotel and when I called they said I had cancelled when I had actually re schedule, the people on the phone are helpless, she tried to convince me that I would have not been able take the tour since my flight was at mid night and we were arriving at 10,first that is none of her business, second, for local flights I don't need more than a half hour prior to my flight, after trying to pull out excuses and apologies, she suggested me to call again in 3 days ! Frustrating. I highly don't recommend it this company unless you want to waste your time !
