I appreciate that the owner did refund our service-call fee. HOWEVER, the fact remains that his technician either failed to see leakage that was happening [as hte owner himself later claimed]; OR caused the leakage with something he did during the call.
And NO, my husband never saw you take any pictures, Sir.
And the fact remains that we incurred thousands of dollars in flood repairs, because your technician either mis-diagnosed something; or CAUSED something.
