  • Found the perfect size storage locker, customer service was very good, only one person working, she was super nice and knew what she was doing, and was very helpful and fast. When I first got there, nobody else was there, and then another couple came in kinda pushy, wanted service immediately. She kindly apologized and insisted she'd be able to help them as soon as she was done with us. Something about the way she said it was really nice and calming. I was impressed. My only complaint is about Public Storage ads - $1 for first month ad on search, click through and it says 50% off first month, find the locker I want and it comes with no discount. The fine print is "on select units", so oh well, but it did feel deceptive. Lure me in with SALE and then there is no sale on the unit I want, of course!
