  • Just moved here Monday, and usually avoided the Jiffy Lube back home. Too much upselling and cookie-cutter suggestions to get you to buy more services. Reginald did none of that. He pointed out something I might need but wasn't agressive or annoying about it. Kept it real considering the limits i wanted to spend without having to ask me. Just had a human sensibility that you don't get much in my experience. He made a little fun of my Jeep, some cracks here and there, but they were hilarious. He's a funny dude and deserves a day off. I left laughing and not too broke. Thanks to the other guy helping too. I'm going back there for sure.
