  • Great customer service! I hate renting cars because I feel like I'm usually getting scammed with hidden fees, etc. but we just had a great experience picking up our car. Rob was so enthusiastic in helping us and so knowledgeable. We'll see how it goes when dropping off our car! UPDATE: No hidden fees, easy car return. Thanks guys!!
