  • I got the country beni - basically a cross between eggs benedict and biscuits and gravy. What a great idea! I thought the poached eggs were done just perfect, the sausage had a nice spice to it, and the gravy was just right - not too salty. the only complaint I have is that the biscuit was a bit chewy, it could have been more crumbly...maybe just over mixed. I would totally go here again!!
