I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. My salesperson, Hayden, was very pleasant and non-aggressive. We test drove the 2013 and I found it to my liking. I was dreading the haggling, but was pleasantly surprised to find that Hayden and the manager, Travis, were very cooperative. We got the deal done in minutes and I was very happy that I got very close to the price and trade-in I wanted. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle.
