  • Had an appointment at 8:55 on Tuesday Feb 7th. Arrived 20 minutes early as the they request to update records. They also tell you you can get a cancellation charge if you cancel within 24 hours. Check in goes well fast and efficient and they take my $60.00 co-pay on my CC. It is now 8:45. The front desk person than tells me there is 3 patients in rooms and 2 additional in waiting room ahead of me to see Dr Talle. WTF , really? I am a consultant and my time is valuable. To me in best case they would see me at 9:30 but probably 9:45. I asked, why don't you call patients when Dr gets behind? I hear crickets ..... I tell her I can't stay I have a client meeting in Scottsdale at 10:15 am. She says ok , we can keep your payment on file for next visit !! Again, WTF !! It is now Saturday morning Feb 11th and I have not received one phone call or email!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT. I think I should send them a bill for wasting my time !!
