  • Stayed in westlake for a wedding and needed a ride 1.7 miles to the reception from the hotel. They said it would only be a few minutes, took over an hour to get there. Made me late and I walked in after the intro's and in the middle of the first dances. Called them to pick me up after, an hour and fifteen minutes later I called them back and they still didn't even have anybody on the way. Had to walk to a bar across the street because the hall was closing, finally I ended up just catching a ride with somebody else from the wedding after about an hour and forty five minutes. Terrible Service.
