Like many other places in Montreal this restaurant has an open kitchen. The chef is right there in front of you performing his magic. Overall impression - very creative and very good. I would say also very different from traditional, with emphasis on presentation but not at the expense of quality.
Very attentive service. The chef even made the desert for us which was not on the brunch menu after finding out we were from Boston and would not have a chance to return for a while.
My girlfriend ordered a drink with Aperol which was very good.
We have not ordered coffee but watching them make it, I am guessing it's also good.
My only complaint is that the choice of wine by the glass is limited, so I ordered a beer. Wine is a part of the name of this establishment, so I expected a larger selection. (The wine list by the bottle is extensive)
We are looking forward to coming back.
