  • I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone at Tempe Paintball! My daughter had planned her birthday around this event and I realized the day of her party that there must be a mistake with the time as in I must have heard her wrong because when I printed the waivers out it said they closed at 8:00 pm and she had told me that it was from 6:00 - 9:00. I guess a manger who my daughter had been working with said that the 6:00 - 9:00 pm would be just fine (which we did have in writing) but they didn't even ask us to show us, she gave them the name of the person she was working with and they immediately said "no problem" we will stay open for you. Now that's customer service! Thank you so much! Even though this was their first time playing and I guess they didn't come "dressed" as well as some boys/men/dads said that they should have been (ie short sleeve shirts) and I was told by those same guys they would come out crying...NOT those girls had an amazing time and are proud of their battle scars and were thrilled to take the "guys" out! So again, thank you so much for saying open we really appreciated it!
