Props to Christina for being such a bad ass in customer service. We came here and waiting 3 customers who were behind us get their order before ours, even though it was similar to what we had (a coffee and chai). Mind you, none of them that got there's got harassed for their receipts to double check if they bought what they bought; but when PETE came and we told him the lady didn't give us a receipt (because we added the chai afterward), he wldnt give us our drinks. I had to tell Christina abt the situation and so she took care of it with such class. I kindly told Pete, "I'm not sure why you bothered to ask for our receipt when no one else was asked". His response was, "I just still need to see your receipt." On top of his unprofessional demeanor, all the baristas were so unorganized they didn't even know who's drink was for who! Christina saved the day by apologizing to us and told us that she upgraded our drink. Because of her, she received 3 stars, otherwise-- it'd be one star.
