My son and I are huge movie buffs and certainly see our fair share. We'd recently started going to AMC or other theaters because our local Harkins has gone down hill. The other night, we decided to catch a flick. It was pretty late in the evening, and Harkins Norterra was the only theater with our movie still playing. It was a bit of a drive, but we were both very impressed. We arrived partially into the previews for the last showing, but they were still very nice. We accidentally brought last year's Harkins cup, but they honored a $1.50 refill anyway. My son went to get it and commented on how "friendly" they were with him. My son has Aspergers and like all of us, he thrives around people that put him at ease. Much appreciated! Lately, the theaters we've gone to late at night "quit serving concessions" due to being close to closing time. I get very annoyed by this poor customer service. This theater was fantastic on that as well. The theater is pretty new and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Well worth the drive! Thanks!
