  • The hotel accommodations were great. Brand new, clean, comfortable. Definitely the best hotel option in the entire Lorain area by far. Breakfast was good - lots of options and fresh. Large, welcoming lobby area for people to congregate. Pool and work out room were clean and functional. Staff at the hotel were friendly. It's a little difficult to find - you have to follow directions to the mall and then loop all the way around to reach the hotel. The area isn't the greatest, but from the looks of the construction it is improving. Our only complaint is that the hotel staff had great difficulty making and tracking our reservations for a large group. Jessica was very helpful - ask for her! - but almost everyone in our party had difficulty with their reservations despite multiple calls and conversations.
