This was my first experience with a home warranty company and what a terrible one it was. First of all their hold times on the phone were usually somewhere between 30-50 minutes no matter what time of the day or day of the week you called. Second, the agents that you finally got to when you called would often give you incorrect or try to find some way that whatever claim you needed was not covered by the policy that you had (even if you had to go back later to correct them), and finally getting them to pay on a claim was a difficult task as well. Oneguard's claim payment would often double subtract service fees or charge you a fee and then duplicate deduct the same one. Needless to say, I did not renew the policy and will not be doing any further business with this company.
