  • Beautiful apartments, BUT my unit was broken into while I was at work. The manager didn't really care except she offered me another unit but I'd have to pay, so I went above her to the area manager and she was amazing. I was able to move units for free and she covered the price for movers. I was by the lap pool. I was in building 10. My unit DID NOT have any issues with bugs at all BUT I do know all the buildings in the front main entrance area have a MAJOR SCORPION issue and even the models get scorpions. I know this because while I was touring a scorpion came out in the model so the leasing agent I had gave me the low down on the problem and made sure I was in a building without any issues. So building 10 is totally safe except for the my front door was kicked in and everything was taken. Renters insurance replaced everything except my fear of it happening again. I lived in the complex from 2012-2014.
