  • Worst sales services ever! Stay away! Avoid at all cost! As an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, I was eager to visit Chapman Dodge, because they are located on my reservation. Received an email stating SRPMIC members would get fleet pricing from Chapman Dodge, so I asked for fleet when I arrived. First, I get a sales rep that's not familiar with their product (Dodge Ram Megacab). Then we walk out to take a look at the vehicle I'm interested in and the sales rep tells me we need to walk to the back of the lot to get the vehicle. I tell him I would wait around the front for him to bring the vehicle out front. The sale rep ends up standing behind me eating his lunch. I ask him if he was going to go get the vehicle and he said no, he can't drive the vehicle. That I need to go with him if I want to test drive the vehicle. Sale rep had the attitude like he could care less to sell me a new truck. Sales rep's name is Ricardo Downie. I guess the SRPMIC discount was in service, professionalism, and courtesy. You think you would get better service when you're looking to purchase a $65-$70k vehicle. Not at this place.
