  • TERRIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! WAY OVER PRICED AND NOT A GOOD AREA OF SCOTTSDALE. I have been living here for 9 months and it sucks. Remodeled units look decent but cheap upgrades and people that live here are not clean and community overall is not taken care of. Tons of stray cats so there is cat poop all over my back patio so gross and of course no one picks it up. I live close to community laundry room and the management does not care about the community so the laundry room door has been damaged for the nine months I have lived here and management refuses to fix the repairs so the laundry room is filthy, washer and dryers don't work, homeless people sleep in there due to management not fixing door so it doesn't lock so anyone can come in at anytime. I put in over 10 work orders for laundry room and management would never repair always just giving excuses so management literally does not care about this community and the needs and respects of the residents.
