An update to this review finds me 10 days later, with absolutely no resolution to my issue. I was emailed and have printed my new temporary tag, and was told to wait 4-7 business days before I should be receiving my registration and tags in the mail. Being that it is day 6 I figured that I should call to check on the progress. As it turns out, the request was just sent to the third party yesterday and they will not have my tags and registration back at the dealership until Wednesday, when I could either take the hour long drive, or have them mailed to me, further delaying this issue for a few days. Probably only to find out that they were sent to the wrong address. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and will be actively speaking out against this dealership instead of ever recommending them to anyone.
