  • My Mazda3 had a very intermittent radio problem. Will, the service advisor, and the techs at Horne Mazda put a serious amount of time and effort into trying to diagnose and fix this problem. Their tenacity paid off when they found a place where one of the antenna wires was grounding. I know intermittent problems are frustrating and my past experience has been that service departments suggest they can't fix what they can't see. I really appreciate the "can do" attitude of the folks at Horne!
