The biggest disappointment at this very expensive facility is the reception, not all personnel but it does take only one or two rude and snappy faces at front desk to ruin the whole impression. Dear management, talk to your staff, it is obviously a problem. Overall the classes are fun and instructors are great. A lot of the classes are very popular and there's hardly any room for the PAYING clientele, please, tell your other instructors to skip joining those classes, one instructor is enough. At the very least tell them to stay at the back, I think that the paying clients have first rights to stay at the front of the class. Thank you.
