I'm not going to talk about customer service because it was pretty typical. The store had ample seating and was pretty quiet when I went on a weekday afternoon. However, the prices and the drinks were not so great. They have a huge poster at the door advertising the BOGO for $2 so we decided to see what they had. To my surprise, you must order a large in order to get the second one for $2 (keep in mind tapioca is extra as well). The large drinks were a minimum $6-7 and it goes up from there. I wasn't willing to pay $10+ for drinks when I could get myself a meal for that price with a drink in that area. Since we were already there, we decided to try something at the very least. We ordered a matcha milk tea with sago, half ice and half sugar. It came out to be $4.20 for a small (no tapioca). I had already ordered half sugar, but the drink was superrr sweet - what other yelpers had mentioned. It tasted like I was drinking "sugar water" in Chinese. It left my mouth all sticky and throat all dry, and even more thirsty than before. Maybe I should ask for no sugar next time but I don't think I will return as this place doesn't seem to know how to follow instructions.
