rev:text	Terrible service, long lines, broken kiosks. Go with another rental car at CLT it will be well worth your time and money to avoid this sh*t show. I had a deadline departure time to be in my car. I figured an hour was plenty of time to catch the shuttle and pick up my car. Nope...incompetence reigns supreme. Shouldn't expect more from this GLOBAL rental company. Sheesh...ok I'm done complaining now. Be a gold member so you don't waste any more time.
