  • First, let me say their technicians are great, very professional, and competent. Unfortunately, their hands are tied by the home warranty contract. Most of you are probably like me and received the warranty with the purchase of a new home. I was not able to review the contract ahead of time. The contract excludes most major repairs and they will find any reason possible to avoid fixing almost everything. They will charge you the $60 service fee just to tell you that something is not covered. You're much better off setting aside the warranty money into your savings account to pay for unexpected home repairs.
