  • The most disgusting piece of sh*t I've ever tasted. I have been to many shave ice places in Hawaii and here and this is by far the very worst. The employees there don't give a crap about the business. The tables were disgusting absolutely sticky and the servers had nothing to do except talk crap to each other and there are only two tables jnside. I had to request for them to clean off the table when there was absolutely nobody in the store that they were busy with. I have went to the frog truck and they were wonderful, their store however is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a small one and it was completely flat my husband ordered the same size and its sad about 3 times more ice in it and it was drowning in syrup, he returned his too. They were out of vanilla ice cream, no azuki beans, there was absolutely nothing. I have no idea how you even stay open it is absolutely disgusting in there , you have been warned.
